Hotel U5 - Seoul

The room itself was great-sized with three beds and a couch. the location of this hotel so close to three subways, Dongdaemun Design Plaza, and Seoul was fantastic. Furthermore, near Euljiro 4 Station.

The hotel was in a marvellous location near three subways and Dongdaemun Design Plaza. A cool bonus was nearby Twosome Place, that offered tea and coffee. The whole room was big sizewith three beds, a couch. Having a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet was a bonus.

The location couldn't be more good and incredible near Euljiro 4 Station. Jung-Gu district was worth visiting.

Our double room was equipped with a couch and three beds, for instance. A freezer and a microwave oven were a huge plus. the hotel was just next door to Dongdaemun Design Plaza as well as three subways.

I really enjoyed having a safe, television, and refrigerator in the room, the location was fantastic near the subway and Dongdaemun Design Plaza, and the staff was very caring and helpful.

The central location is great, with easy access to public transportation, and the room had amenities like a safe, TV, and fridge.

The location of U5 is convenient, with easy access to Euljiro 4 Station and the Underpass. We found it comfortable to walk through the Underpass, and it made getting around the city easy. The hotel is also near popular attractions like the Dongdaemun History & Cultural Park, Myeongdong, Insadong, and Namdaemun Market. The staff at U5 were very friendly and always ready to help with any questions we had.

No bathtub in the family suite.

The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a much-needed good night's sleep. the kettle was new and clean, allowing us to easily make hot beverages whenever we wanted. the location of the hotel was perfect, being just steps away from a subway station, making it convenient for exploring the city. the heated seat in the bathroom was a delightful feature, adding to our overall comfort during our stay.

We had a negative experience during our new year at this hotel. the staff seemed unhelpful and dismissive when we encountered a serious issue, providing no consideration or assistance when we needed it the most.
